Apple, Cucumber & Spinach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

~ Large green apples - 2, peeled, cored, and chopped
~ Fresh baby spinach - 2 cups
~ Small cucumber - 1, peeled and chopped
~ Filtered water - 1 1/2 cups
~ Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

DIRECTIONS:

1) Add all the ingredients in a high-power blender and pulse until creamy.
2) Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
